How it works

Sign up. Register online as a Provider by clicking on "Sign Up". Or Just email us at info@tempincare.co.uk, we can walk you through it..

Post Job. Set up a job anytime and anywhere. The Temp in Care platform can be accessed on any browser and device. 

Accept. You decide which worker to accept or request any available worker apply for the job. Every temporary worker on the platform is fully vetted with an interview, Enhanced DBS check, Reference checks, Right to Work and Identity checks.

Work. Temp in Care platform forwards your company details to the accepted worker so they know where to be, when to start and who to meet. You just need to direct them and assign their duties.

Timesheet. Validate timesheets daily online. Reduce disputes and dont pay for unworked time. You can add workers as favourites for repeat work and provide feedback for their development.

Pay. Clear pricing. Know how much of your cost goes directly to the Worker. Settle weekly.
